My musical roots and preferences most assuredly like in Rock ‘n Roll, Blues, I have intensely studied many styles of music including Jazz, Rock, Blues, Fusion, Big Band & Orchestra scores, Musicals, Marching, Native American, Folk, West Coast (Beach Boys Style), Country and some Gospel. I stay current with today’s music scene, regardless if it’s “my kind” of music or not. I have also performed in several musicals for various organizations that needed a drummer / percussionist.

I hope for the best and so encourage his musical experimentation (until the headache creeps up and begs for a quiet, introspective child prone to reading and drawing and other silent activities) with a variety of kid-sized instruments like Melissa and Doug’s piano complete with color-coded keys and songbook.
