The Redman Summer Camp is a triathlon training program designed for the Half Iron distance and full IM distances. The camp will be 3.5 days of intense training and education.

This camp targets the Redman 70.3, but is an excellent opportunity to gain insightful training and knowledge of open water swimming, biking, running, transitions and race nutrition for any Half Iron distance race. The camp is designed for the beginner to advanced level triathlete and is limited to 25 people per session.
